how does it work?

The SolarisKit solar collectors are connected together to form an array on your roof or ground turning solar energy into heat.

The collectors are connected to an insulated hot water storage tank which stores all the hot water over the course of the day. Insulation reduces any heat losses from the tank.

A solar controller is used to switch on a small pump (around 50W) which pushes water from the storage tank through the collectors. The ActiveFlow system includes a high efficiency pump and solar controller making sure the system runs smoothly and automatically so you don’t need to do a thing.
